The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted more rainfall for Lahore and some areas of Punjab on Friday night time and Saturday. This weather forecast is based on the current synoptic conditions, which are likely to last for the next 12 hours and are characterized by a weak western wave sweeping throughout Pakistan’s upper regions.
The reason for the atmospheric situation, there may be an expected light rain, wind, and thunderstorms on Friday night and Saturday in Sargodha, Faisalabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Layyah, Bhakkar, the Potohar location, and Dera Ghazi Khan.
In this situation, Murree, Galyat, and nearby regions may want to anticipate a normally cloudy climate with faraway spells of wind, rain, and thunderstorms. Lahore’s temperatures are predicted to attain between 29 and 31°C on Saturday and Sunday.

Over the previous day, there have been varied degrees of rainfall in different sections of Punjab, including Lahore, while the rest of the province has seen dry weather. Attock 03mm, Sargodha 02mm, Saidpur, Zeropoint 05mm, Golra 04mm, Bokra 03mm, Airport 02mm, Rawalpindi (Chaklala 06mm, Shamsabad 05mm, Kachehri 03mm), and Murree recorded 11mm of rainfall during this time. Additionally, Sheikhupura, Hafazabad, Joharabad, and Sialkot Airport reported 0.1 millimeters of rain.
