HRMA Minorities Scholarship 2024 for Matric To PhD

Punjab Government’s Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs has announced an educational opportunity for non-Muslim students (HRMA Minorities Scholarship 2024). For the academic year 2023–2024, however, the Human Rights and Minority Affairs Department announced the following financial and educational support program for deserving minority (non-Muslim) students at the metric to postgraduate levels who are consistently enrolled in public universities in the Punjab province. The following rules shall apply to the scholarship awards:

According to the remaining requirements, non-Muslim students who are enrolled full-time in any of the following program at any public school (including those established by the federal government within the limits of Punjab) that is situated inside the boundaries of the province of Punjab and who have a motor domicile within the limits of Punjab are eligible to apply.

Current class or educational program the candidate is enrolled in:

Eligibility Criteria HRMA Scholarship 2024:

For an applicant to be eligible for the scholarship program, candidates need to fulfil the following requirements:

  • Be a minority of non-Muslim students.
  • Have acquired regular matriculation certificates from Punjabi government schools.
  • Register for one-year diploma courses or intermediate program.
  • The income of a family should not be more than PKR 48,300 per year.

How to Apply for HRMA Minorities Scholarship 2024?

The steps that follow must be taken in order to submit an application for the scholarship.

  1. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
  2. Every one of the applicant’s previous academic records, including grades and certificates of equivalent.
  3. The computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of the applicant, parents or guardian
  4. Three current passport-sized photos of the applicant (prior to declaration, the back of each photo must include the applicant’s name and CNIC number)
  5. Current domicile of the applicant
  6. The applicant’s current address in the course of a semester, a document attesting to the marks or percentage obtained from the head of the department or the controller of examinations.
  7. If the department discovers that the candidate’s educational background or other information is inaccurate, it remains the authority to refuse or cancel the appointment and refund any money that was paid.
  8. In this regard, the department is still able to take legal action.
  9. Applications will be verified, and positions will be filled in accordance with departmental policy that has been authorized.
  10. The department has the right to end the scholarship program at any moment and without notification.
  11. Applications must be submitted in to the department’s R and I branch by 5:00 PM on March 20, 2024.
  12. Applications may also be sent to the Punjabi government’s Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs at “C-II, Gulberg-III, Lahore-24.”
  13. Applications that are submitted after the deadline will not be taken into account.
  14. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application is submitted before the deadline.
