For Balochistan students wishing to enrol in Balochistan Education Endowment Fund BEEF Scholarships for 2024, the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) has announced partially funded scholarships for the students enrolled in Matric, DAE, Inter, BS, MA, MSc, MS, and MBBS classes.
In Balochistan, BEEF Scholarship works to make education free for male & female students.

- Categories include Provincial Open Merit Scholarships (POMS) & District Open Merit Scholarships (DOMS) and Institutional Open Merit Scholarships (IOMS) are available.
- Special Quota Open Merit Scholarships are also offered.
Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) Overview:

In addition, the BEEF Scholarships program team created an operating plan and policy guidelines that would be routinely applied.
Education Requirement:
The following Education requirement for BEEF Scholarships;
- Matriculation
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE)
- Intermediate
- Bachelor of Science (BS)
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Master of Science (MSc)
- Master of Surgery (MS)
- Bachelor of Medicine
- Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
Eligibility Criteria:
The following eligibility criteria for BEEF Scholarships;
- The applicant must be a resident of Balochistan.
- Minimum requirement: 60% marks or 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA in last exams.
- Special Quota Scholarship: Minimum 45% marks or 2.5 GPA out of 4.0 for extremely vulnerable individuals.
- Enrollment as a full-time regular student is mandatory.
- Ineligibility for marks/division improvers, those who failed in subjects, or those with grace marks for BEEF scholarship applications.
- During the academic year of the BEEF scholarships term, the candidate is not permitted to receive any other scholarships.
- After being chosen for the BEEF scholarships, the student must additionally participate actively in extracurricular activities, athletics, and social work, and all of these activities must be documented in their yearly or semester-specific term basis. Annual Performance Report (APR) sent by the relevant Focal Point to BEEF.
How to Apply for BEEF Scholarships 2024:
The following procedure to apply for BEEF Scholarships;
- Candidates should download the BEEF Scholarships form from BEEF official website or click on the link below.
- For categories: District Open Merit Scholarships (DOMS) and Institutional Open Merit Scholarships (IOMS), only applications sent by post to the institution’s head will be considered.
- The following page contains a list of educational institutions that BEEF has designated as Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The websites www.beef.org.pk and www.facebook.com/beef.org.pk/ provide more scholarship-related information in addition to the CoE’s contact list of focal individuals.
- Each CoE’s Focal Person will continue to work closely with BEEF via the Program Manager (Development).
- Three work sheets are included in the MS Excel template: the Initial Merit List, the Provisional Final Merit List, and the Final Merit List, which has already been emailed to BEEF for evaluation and feedback.
- Lastly, within the allotted time, the hard copies of the IML, PFML, and FML as well as the scholarship application form signed and stamped by the relevant focal person must arrive at the Beef office.
- Required Documents for BEEF Scholarship:
- Copy of DMC/Semester/Class results (attested by Head of Institute)
- Student’s CNIC/B-form/smart card
- Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC
- Copy of Local Domicile
- Certificate of Disability, if applicable.
- Computerized copy of payslips for children of BS-16 employees.
- Additional documents based on category (e.g., orphan, minority)
BEEF Scholarship Applicant STIPEND:

- Stipend rate: Rs.1000 per month / Annual stipend: Rs.12000 per student.

- Stipend rate: Rs.1500 per month / Annual stipend: Rs. 24000 per student.

Technical Education (DAE – 3 Years Program):
- Stipend rate: Rs.1500 per month / Annual stipend: Rs. 24000 per student.

BS or Equivalent Program (1-4/5 Years):
- Stipend rate: Rs. 5000 per month / Annual stipend: Rs. 60000 per student.

Master or Equivalent Program (2 Years/4 Semesters):
- Stipend rate: Rs. 5000 per month / Annual stipend: Rs. 60000 per student.
