A press statement released on Friday stated that the United Kingdom (UK) has extended its eVisa system to new applicants who provide biometric information.
The most recent modification will eventually replace physical evidence with an online immigration status that can be viewed through a UKVI account in place of tangible documents like wet ink stamps, vignette stickers, and biometric residence permits (BRPs).

The declaration states that you must create an online account if you are granted a visa to remain in the UK for longer than six months to work or study.
This cutting-edge technology will decrease reliance on paper documentation, increase security, and speed up an important stage in the visa application process.
Visitors are advised to postpone visiting the UK until they have received a valid passport and visa from the Visa Application Centre according to the statement.
The notification also said that tourists should keep checking to confirm their ability to enter the UK again.
