Mumbai, October 21, 2023 – In the 20th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup, South Africa secured a convincing victory over England by a margin of 229 runs at Wankhede Cricket Stadium in Mumbai.
South African opener Quinton de Kock faced disappointment, managing only 4 runs before being dismissed. However, Rassie van der Dussen and Riza Hendricks formed a crucial partnership, contributing 121 runs. Van der Dussen scored 60 runs before getting out, while Hendricks played a stellar innings of 85 runs.
