Lahore: To help pupils develop their analytical abilities, the Punjab educational boards have changed the format of the matric and intermediate annual test papers.
All nine of the province’s intermediate and secondary education boards have received directions from the chairmen of the Punjab Boards of Committees.

According to the directions, the papers for matric and intermediate classes will be designed so that 25% of the questions are analytical or conceptual.
After receiving the orders, all BISEs sent a message to the educational institutions in their respective areas to prepare students for the yearly tests.
Beginning with the first annual exams in 2025, which will take place in Punjab from March to May, the updated paper structure is anticipated to be used.
