Introduction:
What is PSEB?
PSEB stands for the Pakistan Software Export Board, which comprises the following key attributes:
- Government Ownership: PSEB is a government-owned entity.
- Guarantee Limited Company: It operates as a guaranteed limited company.
- Established in 1995: PSEB was established in the year 1995.
The primary objective of PSEB is to advance Pakistan’s information technology sector, aiming to foster growth, innovation, and development in the field of Information Technology within the country.

Selection Criteria for PSEB’s Internship Program 2023:
- Education: 16 years of education from HEC-recognized universities/institutions.
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen and permanent resident of Pakistan as per NADRA record.
- Graduation Year: Graduated or completed required courses for their degree program in 2019 or onwards (attested by the University/Institution).
- Employment Status: Should not have a current job (candidate has to provide an undertaking).
- Age Limit: Age should be between 20–30 years on the last date of application submission.
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for disabled graduates is 20–40 years.
- Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA requirement is 2.0/4.0 or 55% marks.
