For November 2024, the NADRA fee schedule for Canada has not changed. The fees for online applications are expressed in US dollars. A new Smart NICOP typically costs $39, an urgent fee of $57, and an executive fee of $75.
Pakistani rupees are used to cover the fees for applications that are processed within Pakistan. PKR 11,340 is the standard charge for Zone A countries, which includes Canada; PKR 16,589 is the urgent fee; and PKR 21,820 is the executive fee, however PKR Fees may vary based exchange rates.
