Pakistan Announces Playing XI for First Test Against West Indies

The Pakistan Cricket Board has declared the eleven for the first Test against West Indies starting on Friday, January 17, at Multan Cricket Stadium.

The promising opener Muhammad Huraira is going to be seen in the Test arena as he is expected to open along with captain Shan Masood. Babar Azam is going to return to his favorite one-down slot after opening the innings in the last match against South Africa.

Kamran Ghulam, Saud Shakeel, and vice-captain Mohammad Rizwan of the middle order proved to have the potential to handle a little pressure and stability for a combination.

A spin-heavy batting attack has been composed for Multan’s playing conditions. Sajid Khan and Noman Ali have been placed along with Abrar Ahmed; the pacy bowling will depend on Khurram Shahzad.
