NADRA Introduces Special Facilities for People with Disabilities

Islamabad, January 25, 2024 – The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a new initiative to provide special facilities to people with disabilities. Under this initiative, people with disabilities will be able to book appointments at NADRA centers through a dedicated helpline.

To book an appointment, people with disabilities can call the NADRA helpline at 051111786100 or 1777. They will be required to provide their name, CNIC number, and a disability certificate issued by the Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), the relevant provincial council for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities (PCPD), the Department of Social Welfare in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, or a foreign agency.

The appointment can be booked for a variety of services, including:

  • Issuing a first-time identity card
  • Issuing a duplicate identity card for a lost or stolen card
  • Making changes to an identity card

People with disabilities can also book appointments online through the NADRA Guide mobile app. The app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.

The NADRA helpline and online booking system are designed to make it easier for people with disabilities to access NADRA services. The initiative is part of NADRA’s ongoing commitment to providing inclusive services to all citizens of Pakistan.
