Documents Needed for Sanitary Workers and Cooks:

• Original certificate along with one attested copy for Sentry Worker and General Duty Cook.
• A photocopy of the parent’s attested CNIC and a computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) (or, for people of Azad Kashmir, a photocopy of the resident certificate and domicile).
• Four passport-sized photos with their attestation photocopied.
• A government officer should certify all paperwork, including copies of educational records and visa stamp photocopies.
• Bring authenticated photocopies of the martyr’s paperwork and the applicable board’s certificate if the martyr’s sibling or kid is being considered.
• A photocopy of the parent’s service book, attested by the Soldier Board, should be brought by children of retired military people.
• Children of active duty or retired army regiment members should produce a letter of authorization from the appropriate unit.

Documents Needed for the (General Duty) Driver and Clerk:

• Before 25 May 2024, attestation photocopies of the following documents must be delivered via TCS/UMS to the Mujahid Regiment Centre in Bhimber, Azad Kashmir, together with a self-addressed envelope and contact information (receipt of delivery via SMS is mandatory):
• Every certificate is obtained through schooling, including diplomas.
• Copies of your computerized national identity card (CNIC) and your parents’ CNIC have been attested.
• A certified image of the residency permit for Azad Kashmir citizens.
• Authenticated copy of the digital driver’s license.
• If the martyr’s brother or kid is involved, bring certified copies of the martyr’s paperwork and Leth Certificate from the Soldier Board of the appropriate center.
• Bring an authority letter from the relevant unit and an attested copy of the parent’s service record or army regiment certificate if the child is a current or retired army member.
