The court highlighted that all suspects associated with the May 9 cases are already on bail, raising questions about the justification for detaining Imran Khan, the PTI founder. Moreover, Shah Mahmood Qureshi has also been granted bail in Thirteen cases associated with the May nine incident, underscoring the prison stance on this count.
Despite the approval of their bail, the release of Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi is unlikely because both leaders have been convicted in the cipher case.
