Master’s degree in Management Sciences (preferably HRM) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR role. Age must be under 57 years by the closing date. HR certifications and experience in large-scale public/private sector organizations are preferred. Both genders are welcome to apply. Must meet fit and proper criteria as per SOE Act, 2023.
