Chief Risk Officer:

  • Implement AI tools for risk assessment.
  • Ensure Basel II/III compliance.
  • Requires 10+ years of experience in credit and risk management.

Team Lead-Remedial Special Asset Management:

  • Manage asset claims department and strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
  • Foster high-performance team culture.
  • Requires 8+ years of experience in asset management.

Head of HR & Administration:

  • Develop HR strategy for organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage HR budgets, performance management, and talent development.
  • Oversee facilities management and security protocols.
  • Requires 10+ years of HR experience in financial institutions.

Manager Database/Business Applications Administrator:

  • Manage business applications (ERP, Lending, Treasury).
  • Ensure business continuity and system integrations.
  • Oversee backup systems and disaster recovery.
  • Requires 8+ years of experience in claims or asset management.

Assistant Manager Human Resource & Administration:

  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure SOPs are followed in HRIS and staff management.

Officer-Credit Administration Department:

  • Handle credit documentation and ensure SBP compliance.

Enterprise Systems Administrator:

  • Manage IT infrastructure including servers and backup solutions.

  • Requires 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems.

Trainee Officer-Finance:

  • Assist with financial entries, bank reconciliations, and budgeting.
  • Support statutory reporting and accounting functions.
  • Requires 2+ years of experience in a finance department.
