The back injury reportedly took place during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy Sydney Test against Australia.
Bowling 151.2 overs across all five matches, he emerged as the series’ most successful bowler with his haul of 32 wickets.
The reports further added that the updates on Bumrah’s back condition were not encouraging, and, according to them, he would not rush his return to cricket. The medical experts reportedly asked him to take complete bed rest.

Jasprit Bumrah refuted the allegations made on X by stating them to be all false.
