Domicile: Possess a domicile/local certificate of residence from District Gwadar.
Education: Completion of 12 years of formal education (FA/FSc/ICS/I.COM/DAE) or equivalent.

Past enrollment in a BS Program is acceptable for applicants, but only up to one academic year/session. Eligibility extends to students currently enrolled in Public Sector Universities in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, or Sindh.

- Monthly Stipend of Rs. 6,000.

Candidates will be short-listed based on an Aptitude Test (conducted by the ETC-HEC) and academic credentials (SSC/HSSC). Minimum passing marks in the aptitude test are required.
