HEC Scholarship Program 2025:
Eligibility Criteria for CM Punjab Higher Education Commissions Scholarship Program:
Domicile for HEC Coastal Regions Scholarships:
- Applicants must possess a domicile/local certificate of one of the following districts in Balochistan:

- Gwadar
- Lasbela/Hub
- Kech (Turbat)
- Awaran
Educational Requirements for HEC Coastal Regions Scholarships:

- Applicants must have completed at least 12 years of education with a minimum of 50% marks in both:
- Secondary School Certificate (SSC)
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent
- Applicants must have completed at least 12 years of education with a minimum of 50% marks in both:
Location: Both SSC and HSSC (or equivalent) must have been completed from an institution in one of the defined districts mentioned above.
Age Limit: Applicants must be 22 years old or younger on the closing date of the advertisement.
Current Enrollment: Students already enrolled in a BS programme for a maximum of one academic year/session prior to the advertisement are also eligible.
Admission Criteria: Applicants must meet both HEC and university admission criteria for the BS programme.
Ineligibility for HEC Coastal Regions Scholarships:

- Applicants who are already availing any other HEC/Government scholarship are not eligible to apply.
- Result-awaiting students are not eligible to apply.
Scholarship Distribution for HEC Coastal Regions Scholarships:
- Scholarships will be awarded based on merit and district quota as per PC-I.
- Applicants will be shortlisted based on their Aptitude Test score (conducted by HEC) and academic credentials.
- A minimum of 50% marks in the aptitude test is required.
Higher Education Commissions Scholarship Program Online Apply:
- Visit the HEC scholarship website: scholarships.hec.gov.pk.
- Create an account or log in to your existing account.
- Fill in the online application form with accurate information.
- Upload all required documents (if any).
- Pay the Rs. 500/- test fee through 1Link 1Bill payment service.
- Verify your payment after completing the fee payment.
- Complete the application and submit it online.
- Make sure your application is complete before submission.
- Submit your application before the deadline: February 7, 2025.
