Qualifications and Eligibility University of Cagliari Fully Funded PhD Scholarships:
Graduates of any nationality who possess a degree comparable to the Italian laurea magistrale, laurea specialistica, or laurea, or an academic qualification (Master-level) from an accredited foreign university, are eligible to apply for admission to the PhD programs.
Applicants may also be those who will graduate on September 30, 2024. Before applying, they must, however, present documentation of their graduation. Applicants must meet all qualifying requirements outlined in the Notice of Competition.

There are fully funded 98 PhD program spots available at the University of Cagliari, with 81 scholarships available for a range of scientific and disciplinary specializations.
The University budget, MUR funds, departmental allotments, and outside organizations like INFN, INAFOAC, and the Italian-French University all contribute to the funding of these scholarships.
PhD programs will begin on October 1, 2024, and last for three years, provided enrollment is completed and at least three applicants are chosen for each program.
