Nadra facilitates FRC applications under three unique categories:
By Birth: This category includes details of an individual’s family, encompassing parents and siblings.
By Marriage: FRC under this category lists family members, including the spouse and children.
By Adoption: Individuals opting for this category receive an FRC detailing their guardian and other relevant family members.

Registration Required:
- It’s essential to note that individuals must be registered with Nadra and possess a 13-digit ID number to ensure inclusion of their data in the FRC.
Application Process for FRC:
There are two ways that candidates can apply for an FRC:
- The application process can be started by interested parties by going to the NADRA Registration Centre (NRC) that is closest to them.
- Alternatively, applicants can opt for the online application process via the Pak-Identity website, providing convenience and accessibility.
For Overseas Pakistanis:
- Overseas Pakistanis can obtain the FRC by visiting the relevant mission office abroad, extending the service globally.
Fee Structure Family Registration Certificate FRC:
- There will be no changes to the FRC issuance fee as of November 2024. Nadra charges Rs1,000 for both normal and executive categories, ensuring affordability and accessibility for all applicants.
