Lahore: PCB has announced white-ball captain. Now, Pakistan’s ODI and T20I teams have wicketkeeper batsman Muhammad Rizwan as their captain.
According to Mohsin Naqvi, the head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), batting all-rounder Salman Ali Agha would serve as the team’s vice-captain in the white-ball format.
Leading the Green shirts in ODI and T20I series in Australia will be Mohammad Rizwan’s first task as captain. In the ODI match against Zimbabwe, he will also captain Pakistan.
Salman Ali Agha, Rizwan’s deputy, will take over as captain as Rizwan would not be playing in the T20Is in Zimbabwe.
