As to the official statement released by the PTA, users will receive much-needed relief on October 30th when high-speed internet services will return. Problems with underwater internet cables were the main cause of the delay.
Four of the seven underwater cables, which are essential to Pakistan’s internet infrastructure, will be repaired by the last week of October, the statement further said.
People and companies alike should find comfort in this statement since poor internet connections have been a major source of annoyance. Following months of disruption, users can anticipate continuous, quicker connections when full service is restored, enabling businesses to resume normal operations.
