Pakistani nationals residing in Saudi Arabia and other countries can receive the new Smart NICOP by visiting any Nadra center at the right embassies.
For Smart NICOP, NADRA offers two distinct pricing structures: Zone A and Zone B. Arabia is included in Zone B. To issue NICOP for Saudi Arabia, Nadra offers three categories: Normal, urgent, and executive.
Saudi Arabian Rupees for the NICOP Fee:
The standard NICOP charge for Saudi Arabia is Rs5,620 as of October 2024, while the urgent fee is Rs8,440. The executive category at Nadra is another option available to customers. It costs 11,250 rupees for the executive category.
Saudi Arabian Riyals for the NICOP Fee:
Residents of Pakistan who are living in Saudi Arabia can visit the Pakistan Embassy to obtain their NICOP; the cost is payable in riyals the local currency.
As of October 2024, the standard charge for NICOP in Saudi Arabia stands at 65 Riyals while an urgent fee is 100 Riyals. Additionally, Nadra offers an executive category for 140 Riyals.
