- The applicant applying for any discipline must have 45% marks in the previous exams except Bioinformatics, microbiology, and Computer Science, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Eligibility Criteria For MS/M-Phil Admission:
- Applicants must have completed a relevant 4-year degree program with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or achieved a 2nd division in the annual system during those 4 years of the relevant degree program.
- The applicants must have passed the Departmental test/GAT conducted by NTS with at least 50% marks.
Eligibility Criteria For PhD:
- Applicants must have completed Ms/M-Phil 18-years education with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 in the semester system or achieved a 1st division in the annual system during those 18 years of education.
