A two-year master’s degree and graduation are not comparable to a four-year bachelor’s degree and MS in some areas, such as satisfying the required number of credit hours and being relevant to employment opportunities.

Pakistani Degrees in BA and BSC:
With extended deadlines for the academic years 2019 and June 30, 2022, respectively, HEC phased out these programs.
Some universities nevertheless kept accepting students into these programs after the deadlines. HEC thus said that degrees from these programs will not be accepted or verified.
HEC stated that these degree-granting institutions are not connected to the State’s educational system by its Ordinance.
The Higher Education Commission further advised parents, students, and other interested parties to steer clear of these programs since the degrees they grant do not meet the requirements needed for statutory body recognition and attestation.
