- Must be retired from the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
- Must be 47 years of age or younger.
- Must be physically fit, agile, and energetic.
- Must have a good character and conduct.
- Must be willing to work in any branch located in Pakistan.
- SSG personnel will be given preference.
- Security operation personnel who have been injured and are fit for civilian employment can apply for recruitment.
